1. Digitized reception service, in the case of personal reception, arrange with prior notice.

9. Television in the living room and all bedrooms (Smart Tv)
10. Hot and cold air conditioning.
11. Wi-Fi service.
12. Provision of a cleaning kit: handheld vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket.
13. Provision of kitchen consumables: dishwashing soap, garbage bags, cloth, scourer and kitchen paper.
14. Provision of bathroom consumables: gel, shampoo, hand soap bar, sewing kit and toilet paper.

1.- The client is responsible for making the correct declaration of the number of people who have to occupy the apartment.

2.- The client and his companions must behave in a civic manner and respecting the general rules of coexistence. Any activity, such as loud music, noise or parties, will be a reason for the apartment to be vacated immediately without refunding the amount paid for the stay. Rest hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. every day of the week, and any disruptive activity is strictly prohibited during this period.

3.- The client undertakes to take care of the furnished apartment, being responsible for any damage or losses that occur in it.

4.- Casón de los López Apartments is not responsible for the personal belongings of clients.

5.- The modifications of the reservation will be made according to the availability of the moment.

6.- The free cancellation period will be fifteen days prior to arrival. After that period, the full price of the stay will be charged.

7.- In case of voluntarily interrupting the stay, you will not have the right to claim any amount.

8.- The cancellation policy may undergo changes on holidays, bridges or special dates.



1.- The same day of arrival, the access codes to the building and the reserved apartment will be provided by message.

2.- Once the entrance to the apartment has been made, the total payment will be made.

3.- The time of entry into the apartment will be from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, being possible an earlier incorporation if the apartment is available before the time.

4.- The apartment must be vacated before 11:00 am on the day of departure.

5 It is mandatory to present an identity document for all occupants (Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30, Protection of citizen security)



1. Accommodate a greater number of people than those corresponding to the maximum capacity set.
2. Introduce explosive or flammable materials or substances or others that may cause damage or inconvenience to the other occupants or to the property.
3. Carry out any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime.
4. It is forbidden to organize parties.
5. It is forbidden to house animals.
6. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.
7. Rental of the entire building based on availability.
8. No smoking in the entire building except in the designated smoking area (mirador terrace).
9. Any celebration or event within the building included (viewing terrace) is totally prohibited.
10. It is totally prohibited, the entrance to the apartments to more people than those indicated in the reservation.
11. Trash must be left as found. Take out the trash at the end of your stay.
12. All towels stained with make-up will be deducted from the card number indicated when making the reservation or from the deposit deposited.
13. If by any accident something is broken or damaged, let us know so that we can replace it and that the next guests will not miss it. If it is a major damage, we will proceed to charge the amount on your credit card.
14. Keep the apartment clean: as far as possible, when you finish your stay, we would like it to be similar to how you found it when you arrived, leave the kitchen utensils clean and throw the garbage in the nearest container.
15. Any problem caused with the keys, the client will be responsible for paying.
16. The common areas and the patio of lights are exclusive of passage, you cannot leave objects, baby carriage, bicycles, etc...
